How do I take them?
Remedies are dilutions of flower extracts and they work rather on energetic level than on the physical level. It is usually necessary to take only a couple of drops dilluted in water. The best way to do this is to take a glass of clean tap water and to add couple of drops of a remedy into it and stir it, so that it completely dissolves. To take the remedy, simply drink the remedy in couple of sips. Do not drink the remedy at once, but try to take it in a gentle and slow way. It is best not to eat or drink anything else while drinking the remedy, so that the remedy is not antidoted by a food or drink. The usual frequency is to take the remedy at least four times per day for longer term problems.
There is an another way to take the remedy. Remedies can be taken without diluting them in water, by taking couple of drops straight from the bottle under the tongue. This is usually done in cases of emergency, or when there is no possibility to dilute the remedy in water or when there is no clean water supply. Not all people like taking remedies in this way, because the remedies contain high quality brandy and its characteristic can be sometimes percieved as unpleasant.
Please be aware that the remedies contain alcohol and when taken with other remedies such as metronidazole (Flagyl) or disulfiram (Antabuse), they can cause nausea or vomiting.
