Essence: The Rock Water is suitable for the introspective people, who always seek ways to improve themselves. They usually set themselves very high goals and are very hard on themselves, if they fail to achieve these goals. The reason for the setting of high goals can be a feeling of inferiority. The person feels that he is not good enough and that he must try his best to improve. If he fails to succeed, he will punish himself and he will set the next goal even higher.
